Who We Are at 360 Fitness Mission

Our Story

 

360 Fitness Mission was born from a shared passion for movement, family, and community. Founded by a mother–daughter duo, what started as a love for fitness quickly became a mission to create a space where people could move their bodies, feel confident, and truly enjoy working out.

We saw how intimidating fitness could feel—and we wanted to change that. By introducing rebound boot fitness, we created a fun, low-impact, high-energy workout that welcomes all fitness levels while still delivering real results.

Today, 360 Fitness Mission is more than a class—it’s a community. Through weekly workouts, pop-ups, and wellness events, we continue to inspire others to show up for themselves, support one another, and jump into a healthier lifestyle—together.

Our Philosophy

We believe fitness should be fun, inclusive, and empowering. Movement is for everyone. Progress matters more than perfection. Community makes the journey stronger. Our goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where every class leaves you feeling stronger, energized, and proud of yourself.

Our Instructors

 

Gina Jackson – Founder & Instructor

Gina Jackson is the Founder of 360 Fitness Mission and a certified Group Fitness, Rebound, and CPR instructor. She is passionate about creating an inclusive space where people of all fitness levels feel supported, confident, and motivated to move. Gina believes it’s never too late to start—or restart—your fitness journey.

 

Latoya Jackson – Co-Founder & Instructor

Latoya Bibbs is the Co-Founder and Lead Instructor of 360 Fitness Mission, a certified Group Fitness, Rebound, and CPR instructor known for her high-energy and motivating style. Her classes combine fun, effective movement with encouragement, helping participants feel strong, confident, and empowered.
