About 360 Fitness Mission

Our Mission

At 360 Fitness Mission, we‘re all about working the body annd mind in perfect harmony! Our mission is  to make  fitness fun, engaging and transformative, helping you crush your goals while keeping your spirits high. We believe in a full circle approach to health because when you fell good inside annd out, life‘s just better.  

Class Overview


Jump is the funniest, invigorating, sweatiest, and effective cardiovascular and strength workout. It combines running, dance moves and jumping, all while balancing on shoes that look similar to rollerblades except they have a spring-loaded sole for maximum bounce. 


Benefits:

  • Cardiovascular Improvement: Engage in a high-energy workout that enhances cardiovascular health.
  • Strength Building: Develop muscle tone and overall body strength.
  • Reduced Joint Impact: Experience a low-impact workout that minimizes stress on the joints.
  • Fun and Engaging: Enjoy a class set to energizing music that motivates and entertains participants.


Class Structure:

  • Duration: 45-60 minutes
  • Activities: The class will include a warm-up, a series of functional jump techniques, and a cool-down.
  • Techniques: Instruction on effective jump techniques and functional movements. (Jumping jacks, hill digs, skips, scissors, v-steps, jogging etc.….)


Equipment:

  • The Jump class utilizes Kangoo Jump rebound shoes, which feature shock absorbers designed to reduce impact on the joints. This unique equipment creates a trampoline-like sensation, making the workout not only more enjoyable but also safer compared to traditional aerobic exercises.
